I’m Lee-Ann Werner — Christian coach, speaker and communication specialist. But long before I was helping other women lead with clarity and confidence, I had to learn what it meant to lead myself well through some of the hardest seasons of my own life.
My story isn’t one of having all the answers. It’s a story of faith, perseverance and discovering what can change when we stop trying to carry everything ourselves.
The story
I didn’t learn this from a textbook. I learned it by living it.
I built a successful six-figure business and knew how to lead, carry responsibility and make things happen. But some of my greatest lessons weren’t learned in business. They were learned behind closed doors.
After standing in faith for my marriage for 25 years, I witnessed God restore what I could never have forced or controlled. That journey changed how I understood faith, leadership, relationships — and ultimately, myself.
